Who ate all the pies, who ate all the pies as well as the chocolate, the cake, the sausage rolls, the mince pies, the mini cheddars, the twiglets and more…….?

Christmas is all about treats and indulgence and I have eaten my fair share of chocolate and other treats over the festive period! For me there is nothing wrong with this and I simply get back to my normal healthy diet.

But what if you now feel disgusted with yourself, guilty even and disappointed combined with sluggish and bloated? Nothing now fits and everything is tight and uncomfortable. This is not a nice feeling.
