Sausage Lentil Hotpot in the slow cooker – Serves 4

• Pack of good quality sausages, cut in half (use GF if needed)
• 2 sticks of celery, chopped
• 4 carrots, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 500ml hot chicken stock
• 200g red lentils, washed
• 1 tbsp. paprika
• Pinch chilli flakes
• Seasoning
• Sprig of Rosemary

Serve with mashed potato or crusty bread.

Place everything in the slow cooker. Turn on to low and cook for 6 hours.
