Apricot Energy Ball – Makes 8-10
• 20 dried apricots
• 2 tbsp nut butter
• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• 80g ground almonds
1. Add all ingredients to the food processor and process until combined.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up.
