Chicken Stew (slow cooker)- Serves 2+2 children
- Pack of chicken legs/thighs (approx. 6 pieces)
- Stick celery, chopped
- Onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, chopped
- ½ large butternut squash, cubed
- Broccoli head, split in to florets
- Handful chard, chopped
- Chicken stock (use 1 Kallo chicken stock pot or cube dissolved in 750ml water)
- Seasoning
Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Turn to low and cook for at least 5 hours. Remove chicken skins to serve.
