Chicken Stew (slow cooker)- Serves 2+2 children

  • Pack of chicken legs/thighs (approx. 6 pieces)
  • Stick celery, chopped
  • Onion, chopped
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • ½ large butternut squash, cubed
  • Broccoli head, split in to florets
  • Handful chard, chopped
  • Chicken stock (use 1 Kallo chicken stock pot or cube dissolved in 750ml water)
  • Seasoning


Put all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Turn to low and cook for at least 5 hours. Remove chicken skins to serve.
