- 65g cashew nuts (soaked for at least 2 hours in water, then drained)
- 4 tsp nutritional yeast
- Pinch of salt
- ½ lemon juiced
- 120ml water (or to suit the consistency you need – adjust amount as needed)
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
You can use this sauce to flavour kale crisps, as a pizza topping, as white sauce for lasagne or pasta sauce.
