Raw Dark Chocolates

• 250g cacao butter
• 140g cacao powder
• 50g coconut sugar (ground to a powder)
• Pinch salt

Melt the cacao butter (use a bowl in a saucepan of water) then add to the blender.
Add dry ingredients.
Process/blend until a smooth liquid.
Transfer to a bowl and put in to chocolate moulds.
[add flavours as preferred such as nuts, peppermint, raisins, ginger etc]
Transfer to fridge and chill for 1 hour to set.
