Chocolate Energy Ball – Makes 16 golf ball
- 250g nuts (any type or mixed as long as they are natural)
- 8 pitted medjool dates (or 12 standard dates)
- 50g raw cacao powder or good quality cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
- Process nuts until ground.
- Add all remaining ingredients (except the coconut) and process until the mixture is sticky enough to form in to balls.
- Roll the balls in the coconut.
- Place in a fridge and chill for at least 1 hour.
