Chocolate Energy Ball – Makes 16 golf ball

  • 250g nuts (any type or mixed as long as they are natural)
  • 8 pitted medjool dates (or 12 standard dates)
  • 50g raw cacao powder or good quality cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
  1. Process nuts until ground.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients (except the coconut) and process until the mixture is sticky enough to form in to balls.
  3. Roll the balls in the coconut.
  4. Place in a fridge and chill for at least 1 hour.
