- 450g fresh strawberries (or raspberries or any other fruit you like that’s suitable for jam making)
- 1 ½ tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Wash the strawberries, cut the larger ones in half and add to a small saucepan.
Add the honey and heat gently for around 5 minutes, until strawberries start to soften.
Using a potato masher, squish the strawberries (blend if you prefer no lumps).
Add the chia seeds, stir well and then heat gently for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool and then transfer to a jar or airtight container.
Keep in the fridge for 1 week (if it lasts that long!!)
